Luz Santana is a Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Right Question Institute. She is a nationally recognized educational innovator, facilitator, and keynote speaker who has designed a range of participatory learning curricula in fields including parent involvement, adult education, social services, health care, immigrant advocacy, neighborhood organizing, and voter engagement. Co-author of Make Just One Change: Teach Students to Ask Their Own Questions (Harvard Education Press: 2011), Santana also works to promote student questions in the classroom to transform teaching and learning practices from primary grades through higher education. Part of her current work focuses on training doctoral students to ask better research questions.
